This memoir is my personal story about cumulative trauma, identity, faith, and the human cost of service — written for first responders, their families, and anyone who wants an honest look at what happens beneath the uniform.
What began unexpectedly quickly became a passion project and has now evolved into something much more. I am proud of what I have lived through and am now able to share with you all through this memoir. I am even more excited for what’s ahead! Currently in proofread, the book is set for release in early 2026.
